"The journey of a thousand miles begins beneath one's feet." --Lao Tzu
"We are seasoned travelers of the labryinth.  Losing our way and finding
our way.  Traveling on the beaten path and the road less traveled.
Eventually finding our way home to the place of spiritual rest and fulfillment.'

The first half of life is devoted to forming a healthy ego, the second half is going inward and letting go of it"-Carl Jung

JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS: Reflection For Today

"When I turn inward, I find no words.  Only light; only love."  -Laura Jaworski

As we take this inward journey, back to love, we find inner peace and the answer to who we are and what we really desire. Seeking happiness, based upon external conditioning,  takes us on a downward spiral into the abyss of an endless seach and yearning for love. Turn inward and tap into the reservoir of resources that is your North Star.

                                                                                                   -JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS, p.75

TODAY: What is the meaning of love? Who influenced your ascribed meaning? What good feelings do you have from your experiences of love?  Is your meaning based on external programming that led you on a path farther and farther away from your true self? Do you feel  unworthy  and constantly strive to rise to the expectations of others?  Reflect on these questions and see where it takes you.
