Kindness is LOVE. What the world needs now is kindness.
How easily is it done? How instantaneously it acts. How infallibly it is remembered. How superabundantly it pays itself back. There is a difference between trying to please and giving pleasure. Give pleasuire. Lose no chance of giving pleasure. For that is the ceaseless and anonymous triumph of a loving spirit (Henry Drummond).
These are some of behaviors that represent Acts of Kindness: Benevolent, Compassionate, Charitable, Tender, Friendly. Are there others you think of? What does kindness mean to you? What does it feel like when you are being kind? Reflect on a loving experience when someone was kind to you? Who was the person? Where did it happen? When did it occur? What did they do? How did you this act of kindness make you feel?
During the course of the week, be mindful of kindness. Keep a journal on acts of kindness displayed to you and acts of kindness displayed by you. How did these acts inspire you, uplift you and make your more loving?
