We often get immersed in the chaos of the outerworld that threatens our well-being.  We cannot control circumstances and people, but it is how we respond that makes a difference.  Be peaceful and calm. How can we be Gentle with ourselves? How can we treat ourselves well? We are always talking to ourselves. Many of those thoughts are judgemental and critical. Lighten up and be Gentle with yourself. Everytime you think about youself, use a loving word. Adopt an affirmation or "My LOVE MANTRA" to interrupt a negative thought such as "I AM LOVE".  "I AM WORTHY" .


We are all doing the best we can but it is up to us to break the patterns and chains of old and outworn thoughts.  YOU deserve it! Nurture and care for yourself with Love and Self-Compassion using these tips:

CULTIVATING A LOVING SPIRIT WITH GOOD TEMPER


"Love is a universal energy and divine capacity. As we ativate the love within, the expression of the energy of love creates an atmosphere in which another person's growth process may be reactivated and love released" -Eric Butterworth

How we express ourselves in our daily lives have a dramatic impact on the well-being of ourselves and others. It can leave a negative first impression and lasting effect. As stated by Henry Drummond, we are inclined to look upon bad temper as a very harmless weakness. We speak of it as a mere infirmity of nature, a matter of temperament, not a things to take into very serious account in estimating a man's character. And yet here, right in the heart of the analysis of love, it finds a place... Condemn it as one of the most destructive elements of nature".

Good Temper is truly caring for ourselves in a loving way. The energy of anger lingers in our energy feel and is hard to shake. Be the highest expression of LOVE with GOOD TEMPER. Take the time to be with yourself in a loving way. It will impact your presence in the outer world. 

Here are benefits and advantagees of practicing Good Temper:

Healthy Boundaries Lead to a Better Life


Honor yourself and be accountable. Prioritize your needs, clarify what you value, and care for yourself. Give yourself space. It may be uncomfortable at times but it takes courage. Free yourself from fear, guilt and disappointment. When you do not set healthy boundaries it leads to anger and resentment. Your happiness depends upon it! These are strategies used by Buddhist to set healthy boundaries:

                                                             -Communicate: Be comfortable saying no

                                                              -Be consistent

                                                               -Be respecful

FORGIVENESS is LOVE and  and LOVE is HEALING. It frees us from the bondage of holding grudges and not being compassionate with ourselves. As quoted by Alexander Pope, "To err is human, to forgive, divine". We are here to learn better how to LOVE and at the core is a forgiving spirit. It's time to turn the page and create a new chapter. How can we be Gentle with ourselves? How can we treat ourselves well? We are always talking to ourselves. Many of those thoughts are judgemental and critical. Lighten up and be Gentle with yourself. Everytime you think about youself, use a loving word. Adopt an affirmation or "My LOVE MANTRA" to interrupt a negative thought such as "I AM LOVE".  "I AM WORTHY" .


We are all doing the best we can but it is up to us to break the patterns and chains of old and outworn thoughts.  YOU deserve it! Nurture and care for yourself with Love and Self-Compassion using these tips:

CULTIVATING A LOVING SPIRIT WITH GOOD TEMPER


"Love is a universal energy and divine capacity. As we ativate the love within, the expression of the energy of love creates an atmosphere in which another person's growth process may be reactivated and love released" -Eric Butterworth

How we express ourselves in our daily lives have a dramatic impact on the well-being of ourselves and others. It can leave a negative first impression and lasting effect. As stated by Henry Drummond, we are inclined to look upon bad temper as a very harmless weakness. We speak of it as a mere infirmity of nature, a matter of temperament, not a things to take into very serious account in estimating a man's character. And yet here, right in the heart of the analysis of love, it finds a place... Condemn it as one of the most destructive elements of nature".

Good Temper is truly caring for ourselves in a loving way. The energy of anger lingers in our energy feel and is hard to shake. Be the highest expression of LOVE with GOOD TEMPER. Take the time to be with yourself in a loving way. It will impact your presence in the outer world.

Oftentimes, we make decisions that keep us boxed in and those that inhibit our capacity to fulfill our dreams and potential.  Loving ourselves is attending to our own worthiness and self-care and making healthy choices. FORGIVENESS is LOVE and  and LOVE is HEALING. It frees us from the bondage of holding grudges and not being compassionate with ourselves. As quoted by Alexander Pope, "To err is human, to forgive, divine". We are here to learn better how to LOVE and at the core is a forgiving spirit. It's time to turn the page and create a new chapter. Let go, feel the freedom of forgiveness and truly live in the moment. This is what it takes to Forgive:

Contentment brings a lasting satisfaction that cannot be attained from the outer world. Be Content. Know that you are Spiritually Priviledged! Be your own Master by anchoring in the following:
